The "Old Money Mood Social Publisher" (the "Tool") is a private automation script operated by its owner ("Operator") to schedule and publish the Operator's own content to the Operator's own social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. These Terms govern its use.
The Tool exists solely to let the Operator publish pre-produced videos and images, on a schedule, to social accounts the Operator personally owns and has connected. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and provides no service to third parties.
Only the Operator may use the Tool, and only with accounts the Operator is authorized to control. The Operator is responsible for ensuring all published content complies with each platform's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and applicable law, and that the Operator holds all necessary rights to the content.
The Tool uses the official APIs of Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok in accordance with their developer terms. It does not attempt to bypass rate limits, review requirements, or platform policies. Access can be revoked by the Operator or by any platform at any time, which stops the Tool from publishing.
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Publishing may fail, be delayed, or be rejected by a platform. The Operator accepts all risk arising from its use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of the Tool is not liable for any loss, account action, or damage arising from its use.
These Terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published at this URL.
